Ever wondered how diversity can drive better research and innovation?

Join us for inspiring talks, engaging discussions, and meaningful networking on gender and diversity in research. Meet peers, share experiences, discover initiatives such as Women in HPC, and explore new opportunities for collaboration.

The Workshop explores different aspects of gender and diversity in research, including gender-specific perspectives in climate risk assessment, diversity and inclusion in research organizations, and the role of diversity networks in creating connections and opportunities.

A particular focus is placed on networking and allyship. The workshop provides a space to exchange experiences and perspectives and discuss challenges and opportunities when working in male-dominated environments.
